Editorial standards

Sourced from primary references

Regulatory and program details come from sba.gov, federalreserve.gov, treasury.gov, and irs.gov. Industry data comes from the Federal Reserve Small Business Credit Survey, FDIC call reports, and tier-1 financial press (WSJ, Bloomberg, Reuters). Outbound links cite the source and date.

Reviewed against operator reality

Every page is reviewed by at least one team member who has personally worked deals in that product category. If our team hasn't lived the math the page describes, the page does not ship.

Updated when the data moves

SBA limits, Fed rates, and lender ranges change. We refresh our blog posts and product pages on a rolling schedule — at minimum every 90 days for high-traffic pages, immediately when a regulatory change hits. The Last reviewed date on every page reflects the most recent editorial review.

No fabricated case studies

We do not invent named customers, anecdotes, or testimonials. Generic examples are framed as such ("a restaurant owner needing $150K would typically..."). Customer reviews and aggregate ratings only appear with verifiable sourcing.
