SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms cover text messages from the Quick Loans Direct SMS program. You join the program only by checking a text-message consent box, for example on our signup page. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of applying for funding.

Program name and description

Program name: Quick Loans Direct. Quick Loans Direct texts small-business owners about their business funding request. If you agreed to informational messages, you receive texts about your funding request, application status, document reminders (such as a link to upload bank statements) and account notifications. If you also agreed to marketing messages, you may receive funding offers, promotions and program updates, including messages sent with automated technology.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies with your request and your conversation with our team.

Cost

Quick Loans Direct does not charge for text messages. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out

Reply STOP, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or END to any message. We send one text confirming the opt-out and then no further messages to that number. To join again, sign up on our signup page.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, email sms@quickloansdirect.com, or call 1-800-368-5028.

Changing your consent

You can withdraw consent to either message type at any time by replying STOP, or by emailing sms@quickloansdirect.com and telling us which messages you want to stop. Withdrawing marketing consent does not stop informational messages about an open request unless you ask us to stop all messages. You can also change the mobile number we text by contacting us.

Carriers

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for how we handle your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
